I have downloaded the miner fro windows and launched it. So when I entered the Wallet address from the pdf of offline wallet address it says " Address is not a valid ETN address". Now I don't know what to do, if the address on the paper wallet is not right which address should I use? Any help is much appreciated.

When you copy it from the pdf, it will copy just one line, the etn adress: has to be like this: etnkNPfc287Hha6RwwgCPmDUER4Dn8Kv54H43tcUhosT6biLCwj3Xy2SM7ocuFkf1u9SqrtuJ1KmEGhd4b7EGDgy9YxJvDvshd

use only electroneum miner pool software, do not use claymore or any miner, they cannot recognize address.

I tried with the Electroneum miner pool too, but it is not recognizing the wallet address, I know the wallet address start with etn and its way to long, 3 lines on the paper wallet. Because that miner is not working I tried with Claymore, that is not working too.
Let me test with the Electroneum miner. Thank you guys for your replies.

Even the electroneum miner is not recognizing the wallet address, it is not pasting the whole wallet address, just the first line of the wallet address can be pasted in the miner.I tried many times its not accepting the wallet address.

I have even put the antivirus on pause, realtime scanning off, firewall off. Still of no use. Downloaded the miner many times

It seems a lot of members are making the same mistake. If you copy and paste the address as you see it, it won't work because you are leaving two spaces in the address which is hard to see at first glance. Go back and check your address for spaces and close them out then try again.

Make sure you are copying the right key - PUBLIC KEY. It is the one that starts with ETN. I see a whole lot of people losing ETNs if you display your other keys.
AND Copy the PUBLIC KEY lines one at a time. Like someone said, if you highlight the lines on the PDF it won't copy the whole line. Start with the first, then the second and lastly the third. I suggest as well to open notepad and put it there for easy grabbing and pasting. THE PUBLIC KEY IS FOR PUBLIC DISPLAYING. You want to secure the other keys, locked up and put away. Etch them in metal and lock it.
About the Win version. I initially had trouble installing it, but it is a matter of troubleshooting. Your Chrome browser might stop you from installing it. Press "CTRL + J" you will be able to see the EXE for running there. Click on it or right click and see if you have success that way. If fail, use another browser to see if the process is easier for you. Kaspersky gave me issues after I was able to bypass the Chrome warning as well. If you pause Kaspersky you can reduce your troubleshooting by eliminating that possibility. If you read the antivirus false warning in red on the mining software you should know to add "minerd.exe" to the application network rules.
