Those AAA titles are awesome, but i think there is also a huge market for online (web-based) board games, like Catan, and card playing games like rummy, hearts, bridge, etc played by a lot of people, that would be a lot easier to get into. That could generate a lot of traffic. In a lot of countries it would not even be technically gambling since ETN is not a currency (yet). Poker ofc would be awesome, but that's a hard market to get into i think.
Also, online Collectible Card Games (CCG's) would be a perfect match.

And I like pay in tournaments with 1st 2nd and 3rd place wins...

I just realized yesterday, this currency allows the game players to bypass the game developers of competition type games if they are too slow to implement it into their game. Call it decentralized gambling if you want as the payouts are processed by individuals that get a cut instead of the game. Let's take for example a racing game: Somebody PM's you in steam "if you wan't to race for money join this telegram channel. Must be 18 or older, age check will be done." So you go to that channel and there is the receptionist that gets 5% of all the processors take once a week. They explain to you what is required to prove age - whatever it is - and you gather that up and come back. You are assigned an admin/processor on a different channel. You go to that channel and present age check info. You pass, now you can race.
Racers all have telegram open. Each person sends admin 100 Electroneum. Race occurs, winner takes a screen shot and posts to channel. On telegram needs at least 3 confirmations. When confirmed 1st place gets 300, 2nd 125, 3rd 25 and admin keeps 25. Admin sends the payments.

How about a puzzle game in which you do things that actually solve mining equations in the background if you solve the puzzle. That way we'll actually mine something on the app.

I think we need to have a game which is easy to understand for the people of all area and demography. We should stick to a simple game like candycrush or puzzle format games where globally people engage and spend ETN on the games. Later on maybe we can go for something complicated. Simple puzzle, maze or candycrush like games would be much suited to a global audience and are sticky too.

I have said this over and over again and I'll say it here as well. Indie game developers should be incentivized to adopt ETN. This would allow them to get a revenue stream as well as promoting their games along with ETN. I'm not sure how the India game dev community is around the world, but I think this is something that can be tapped into!

i think ETN should start with small indie android games developers. If 1 of their games go viral: BOOOM, it's done.
Also targeting the huge fan-based games like clash royale, clash of clans, angry birds etc. Kids won't spend money on these games because 99% of them don't have acces to a credit card/bank account, but if they can mine their own currency on their phone, even 5$ a month would go right into those games. Software house would earn billions of dollars lol

The devs should create a small "candy crush"like game on THEIR site (electorneum site) that will accept ETN to buy small cosmetic items for your avatar or game setup, nothing big, but stuff that get players hooked. We alraedy have 300k ETN users, so the player base is there. Players should be able to trade and sell one another those items using etn, so that ETN start circulating like a real coin, even if it is just for that single game. It's a start. if the "official ETN game" has some kind of success, other games will follow on their own

Are there plans to open this up with ETN sdk's provided so any developer can integrate the token functionality or is this going to be restricted to selected partners?

I have no specific games in mind, but I think it would be a great idea to get Electroneum involed in the Twitch gaming community. It would help push Electroneum as a gaming currency.
