How do I put my mined ETN into my digital wallet ? if you put your wallet address correctly in your miner(s) and the miner is running, the ETN will be sent automatically. you can check your balance on the mining pool website; they seems to be offline now tho.. |

For cpu use the windows miner . in the wallet address you can paste your PUBLIC KEY from your paper wallet. just be sure to paste it in 1 big line, without spaces (in the paperwallet the key is divided in 3 lanes. Copy paste them in the miner wallet address slot). Select Europe pool, or asia or USA based on your location (at the moment EU and USA pool are operational).  For GPU mining i use Awesome miner (link : www.awesomeminer.com/ ). Create a managed miner in awesomeminer, select a custom pool and start mining. the following screenshots might help (if you use Awesomeminer it is unlikely that you will get the Virus alarm problem). worker settings (remember to set as coin "GENERIC CRYPTONIGHT )  Pool settings for europe  USa and asia pools settings : stratum+tcp://uspool.electroneum.com stratum+tcp://asiapool.electroneum.com There isn't appearing my Hash rate, Total shares and Bad shares? Why?   |

Hey guys I'm running the beginner mining one. But i have no hash rate or nothing. What can be the problem? the mining pools might have crashed, i can't mine anymore and can't reach the pool website...too many connections probably EDIT: definetly offline for EU and USA, in fact i'm mining on asia pool now Also mining on ASIA one now eu and us off |

I get with awesomeminer:

It's just stuck... forever
Both US and EU pool. Got no antivirus .. whats going on?

remove spaces, there should be 3 spaces if you copied it over from the paper wallet. Started mining. But Miner output shows: Starting process. Its been 10 mins. How much time it will take to start mining? Hey, I'm getting this same error. I copied my public address several times and checked that there are no spaces. |

OK GUYS a couple of things:
1) NEVER SHOW YOUR WALLET ADDRESS IN SCREENSHOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) At the moment EU and USA pool seems to be down, use asiapool! Stop miner, change pool and start again. it should work
3)IF the miner says "wrong walelt address" be sure to have pasted correctly your address (on the paperwallet the address is broke into 3 lanes. paste each lane in the miner as 1 big lane WITHOUT SPACES

It worked for me 2 hours ago. Now i am stuck on "Starting Process" too. hmmm...
I have the GPU miner installed. But the connection to the electroneum server is sucking royally.
They need to use that $40million for some server resources. LOL!

At no point have we seen any min windows specs to run the miner, is it 32bit/64bit or can it run on both versions? Mine is just saying "Starting process". The mobile app was delayed, (granted for security reasons), but that then means those who can mine straight from the off have got the jump on a lot people that was going to primarily mine via the app. With $40m crowdfunding, seems this wasn't invested in getting the app ready for mining on the actual launch date, disgruntling a lot of users, (head over to your Facebook page to see). So, with that rant all being said, do we have any ideas as to why it's stuck on "Starting process"? |
