guys help me: what i should write in --launch=AxB. I have gtx 1050 ok Hardminer.... here's what to go off of... imgur.com/a/jWF8bthis is a view of the two types... 1050 and 1050 ti. Which do you have? If you have the 1050 then multiples of 5. If the Ti then multiples of 6 ....meaning... 1050.... example AxB is 32x10, 32x5, 64x10, 64x5 1050 TI example AxB is 32x12, 32x6, 64x12, 64x6 Perhaps Sedin should weigh in on this but given the previous advice on multiprocessors, I think those should work. thanks a lot!!! got +30 to my hashrate with --launch64x5(64x10 crashes with "no memory" error)

You add --donate to .bat and then ? how to decrease turn it off? And can someone please tell me what option to add for 980M ? It has 1536cuda core x 12 stream processors. 8 GB VRAM. --donate=0 --launch=32x24 Awesome, now i know you said omit the brackets when inputing the info, are the %percents% the brackets in this case?

Awesome, now i know you said omit the brackets when inputing the info, are the %percents% the brackets in this case? If you're talking about the second last command, no. It's the way you use variables in a .bat

I dont understand much the --launch part. Anyone have an idea what should be the values for GTX 1060 6GB? Also do I need to change my gpu OC settings? You can try 32x40, 48x30, 48x40, 64x20, 64x30 I don't get how people can't understand a multiplication ><

I didn't. I googled specs on my card, googled the issue of threads and blocks, read 3 articles... and STILL DON'T The problem is that the people who explain this issue, instruct as if they're speaking to junior rocket scientists. When in truth, a lot of us are just people watching the rocket launch on t.v. from the comfort of our couch. And because of that, we don't understand what the AxB really is or what it's doing

These knowledge aren't really usefull to type '[Your card] multiprocessor' on google, take the number, and doing some multiplication. You don't have to know what A and B represents, you just have to know that A * B * 2 shouldn't exceed 2000 and B should be a multiple of M, which anybody older than 10 years old should know.

I also read that A should only be multiples of 32 (ie...32, 64, 96). And B should be multiples of your processors (ie mine has 20, so 20,40 etc). What I don't understand is the 2,000. I don't know what that number represents.
