no ,1 miner can mine in 1 pool. but you can use 2 or more mienrs to mine in the same pool and into the same wallet

1. Yes, put the same key in all the pools you want, your ETN will go to the same wallet.
2. Yes, the more the merrier. Will only increase your return (which decreases over time due to difficulty).
