What do I need to do. Somebody help

official pools are having problems. switch to another pool, a user created one. you can find them in other forum threads.

here's one, i'm mining in it and it's going smooth electroneum.hashparty.io/# (follow thei "getting started guide" and use their mining softwares)

It is on github, so github.com/sumoprojects/SumoEasyMiner would be your best bet. Download and instructions are there.
