Hey guys i figured out a method that worked for me after trying for weeks and struggling with the same problem.
Errors I had, error 1023 when opening app, if I got app to open and try to login with username and password would get an error, Facebook logon would work but no timer or wallet displayed.
To Fix, delete cache and data for app to start. Open app again and download the update. Once you are in, click login but instead of typing in your details click forgot password, enter your email address and you should receive a Code, enter the code in the app and enter a new password. It should then log you in but it won't work yet, logout then log back in with your new details, it should now for the first time ask you to create a 5 digit pin code and once you do that you should see it generating you a wallet address. And now you should be in the app and seeing the timer and your wallet balance for the first time!
