You will receive when your pending ETN has reached the minimum threshold of the pool that you are mining. Official pools(asia/Europe/US) are 20 ETN, other hosted pool might have their own threshold.

I'm not sure what your question is.

I see few possibilities to what I'm think you are asking.

1) Your pool has not found a block yet. If no new blocks are found and matured, rewards will not be distributed. You have to wait till your pool found a block.

2) If you are asking why the pending balance is not converted to payment is probably because you have not met your pool minimum threshold or your pool takes time to process.

I'm guessing you are asking (1). Sometimes could also be due to pool server issue. If that problem persists, change your pool as some other suggests.
