Any good trustworthy miner apps with GUI for Mac?

CPU and GPU.

Right now I use virtual box and it works fine, but I can't get any GPU software to run.

So any tips for GPU mining on Mac?

MinerGate has a GUI miner for Mac, as well as Windows and Ubuntu. It can use both CPU and GPU. Check it out here: minergate.com/a/ecb5e6a64821f3cc0f0886a3 
There is a little extra setup, but here is a good tutorial that walks you through the setup.

Mac´s have quite weak GPU´s so mining with them would be quite useless. You can follow this tutorial but I doubt that your Mac GPU is not going to work for mining:

I use Sumominer for mining on my iMac (CPU mining)
Pretty straight forward and easy to use UI.

I use xmr-stak on imac (intel core i5 CPU, radeon 560 GPU). It makes 425 h/s
