Yeah let me refute the claims of the massively biased people on verifiedico and their abnormal claims about this coin being a bad investment:
LINK HERE: www.verifiedicos.com/ico/electroneum
There are a few points they are writing about that i would like to address:
The whitepaper is filled completely with fluff. No special technology exists within this coin
- Thats the point. This coin isn't revolutionising anything other than trying to do mass adoptation. It seems like a demand from the established people of the crypto world, like these guys, that a new coin MUST offer new technology. That is total bs. This coin takes existing technology and is disruptive with it.
Team looks real and has lots of previous experience working together however, blockchain knowledge appears to be minimal. You can tell by their technical whitepaper not being technical at all.
- Thats why they are going to hire developers and experienced crypto guys when the ICO is over.
It's not hard to start a clone coin blockchain and wallet. iOS integration is unaccounted for. We are still trying to figure out whats so special about this one.
- iOS will be launched as soon as possible after Nov 1st. We got confirmed Apple needs to see market adoptation and market capitalisation before they can list it; then they will. No it's probably not hard to start with a clone core blockchain technology, not an exact clone (!!!) and develop it into ETN, but what they want to do with it is hard.
(...) as it offers no unique features when comparing to other cryptocurrencies on the market.
- lol really? so solving the mobile mining part isn't a brand new thing that hasn't been done before? If putting this in the hands of new educated people that is going to flood the crypto world creating huge demand, isn't special, then be my guest and don't invest in this coin.
Unfortunately we don't see long term gains in this project, unless the technology is hiding somewhere other than their whitepaper.
- Their github isn't updated yet at all so people are just looking at it and going "hurr durr" even though it is a normal practice to actually put a scetch of it up and save the developed blockchain and so on out later; so people cannot copy it.
Electroneum fails to deliver a product for a huge share of Apple's mobile phone market.
- No they don't. Apple is in the way.
This more of less "I used the poopie word"ty review is done by people who have extensive knowledge of the crypto world and is by that really really biased towards their precious technological coins. They are not seeing it from the uninitiated peoples side. I have invested in this because FINALLY i can hop on the train of cryptos without spending WEEKS on bitcointalk reading and stuff. The app will explain everything i need to know, to start mining for real, storing, trading and being engaged in the crypto world.
I do not give ANYTHING for this review AT ALL.
Likewise NO INFORMATION could be found about the people who made this review, absolutely unsubstantiated things, and their review glows with the fact that they haven't looked into this ICO as much as they should, if they actually wanted to write a decent review.
I rate 1/5 stars.
1 star because they know of Electroneum
