Is anything else having this issue?. I logged in a few hours before launch and they asked me to reset my pin code which I did, as soon as I put the pin code in the site crashed as said 403 forbidden, now I can’t acces the site or the mining app. Has my IP been banned?

Servers are under a lot of load I'm sure. I had the same issue and eventually I was able to log in. |

My concern mainly lies in the fact
that it crashed when I had to put in the verification code to confirm it was me and was only available for 2 hours. Considering it says 403 forbidden, it makes me think my IP was actually banned from accessing my account

I am having the same issue. I am getting the error when I am using my home internet connection. However, when I switch my internet connection to my mobile data provider I was able to login. I am thinking that the IP was banned after the pin code update that I've done.

I am getting 403 error forbidden during login to electroneum from my.electroneum.com/ link although I am using correct user name and password. Is everything all right. Is there anyone who will explain the reason for this. |

I get the error when clicking on the log-in button and have tried it from several of my mobile devices and computers. Same error 403 forbidden.

Almost 1 million users are trying to login to the electroneum website and app. It is only normal to have problems. It will probably last 2 more days

I am getting 403 Forbidden on all of my devices when trying to access my login at Electroneum. What should I do?

That is also my problem. I can see the site, electroneum.com and can browse the welcome page, downloads, team, blog but once I click log in, 403 Forbidden is what I got all the time. What's happening?

i have a 403 forbidden error, and before that I put in my password and it said bad nrk token

i am getting the same, i tried everything and no luck , managed to use my phone to log in, i think they are gonna start the release of tokens soon
