All the miners are CPU based. Either use SSe, AVX/AVX2 technology from the processor.
Well even im waiting for the GPU miner

I have a Ryzen x1800 16 Threads/3700 Mhz and use the ETN Mining software and i only have a hashrate of ~ 175 h/s
Isnt the Hashrate a bit low and should be higher?

Set it to 8 threads instead and it will double. It's an 8 core CPU that can multi-thread, which is great when the 8 cores are only lightly/moderately loaded but if you tell it to max out all 8 and take another 8 high loard threads it will have issues (like a 4c8t i7 would if asked to max out 8 threads).
