guys i need help on the mining software

this happens when i run the mining sofware. i change all of them mix and match but the problem still persist

Ok.. so port 3333 tcp is open.. does this osftware use any other ports.. because its havin major issues

I'm using Windows7 and it also happened to me. But the electroneumpoolmining.exe is in the process list and it's actually mining, just don't click "stop mining" or it will stop.
Here I am checking the pool for my Wallet's Balance, I will reply with the result later.
