If you have proof you might be able to take it up with the electroneum team, but good luck with that. I doubt you are the only one with problems, but most people got paid their pending balances.
Have you checked your wallet? (sorry if that is a stupid question, but have to ask).

I have a different problem.
On the mining pool page I had 80 ETN in the pending balance then it was paid on the 6th, but its not in my offline wallet even after refreshing the height multiple times.
Any suggestions?

Maybe it's a silly question but are you checking the correct wallet? With a lot of the miners we're generating new wallets constantly so maybe it's a matter of keeping track of which wallet is being mined into?

No I checked, it matches the paper wallet I created and I integrated the paper wallet details to the Wallet created by the direct windows miner. |

They're lucky I was a lousy miner and can't be arsed to chase after them for like 18 missing ETNs.  |

Hello,
Can anyone please advice me.
I have 2 miner addresses one created online and one created offline.
I have done some mining to both addresses, but when I try to look at the stats for either of then, the online stat pool checker says Not found for either address.
Please can anyone advice me.?

What pool? How many ETN did you get paid out for each address? Was it pending?

I think its a problem of site refreshing, if u see after hours the balance is ok
