how do i change the thread ammount? im direct mining with linux. My thread it 0=zero ther eshould be a config file somehwere you can edit |

I have created Electroneum Offline wallet successfully, started with mining yesterday and also started to receive coins into wallet. On pool stats it shows that it is paid 284 ETN to my wallet address, but there is just 57 ETN coins. It stopped receiving coins. What do I do now?!

I have been mining for several days with windows direct miner. NOT pool miner. I use the wallet address created by the CLI within the program and not my paper wallet. I seem to be getting blocks and chewing them up ok. The miner seems to be functioning as it should.  BUT I still do not seem to have acquired any loot in my wallet..zero balance. I have entered the private view key and still zero. Seems like I should have received at least a coin or two. Why would this wallet created by the CLi not show anything? Would have to waste electricity for nothing. I even typed in the wallet address into the US pool but nothing shows up and this is what I woulod expect since i:m not pool mining. Seems like any possible reward in vanishing into a black hole. Hash rate not great but ok. Any help appreciated.  |

First off it will take you years to earn 0.0001 ETN doing direct mining. Stop it now. Join a community pool. You are trying to process a block all by yourself and it is not going to happen. Download a miner, set it to a community pool (not uspool, eupool or asiapool) and run from there. Lots of people having luck with electroneum.hashparty.io/#getting_started. |

First off it will take you years to earn 0.0001 ETN doing direct mining. Stop it now. Join a community pool. You are trying to process a block all by yourself and it is not going to happen. Download a miner, set it to a community pool (not uspool, eupool or asiapool) and run from there. Lots of people having luck with electroneum.hashparty.io/#getting_started. That's interesting..they claimed direct mining was more advantageous than pool mining but I'm new to mining so I'll give hashparty a try..tired of wasting my time with this. |

Forget about the frustration of the last few days. 365 days from now, when electroneum is up to .50 or 1.00 per coin and you have mined 50,000 of them because you hammered through the frustration in the first week and figured everything out, I guarantee you'll have a smile on your face and it will all be worth it. (disclaimer: I'm only hoping for .50 to 1.00 per coin in one year  ) |

I have a 15211254 total hashes submitted but no ETN "total paid" or "pending balance"? Should I have ETN coins from the PC mining that I have done?
