For some time, I was using the EU pool and I have some 150ETN in my wallet. EU pools stats took a long time to load and sometimes it didnt. So, I changed the Asia Pool, now my balance is gone, when I check the stats in Asia pool, I have 0ETN. Still Im mining no ETN is generated in the last hour, does that mean, difficulty sky rocketed over an hour that my CPU couldnt handle it? Any ideas

No, it did not reset wallet balance. 0 is the payment from THAT pool. so if you change pool you will see "0 etn payed", but the ETN sent to your wallet from the previous pool will be in your wallet.
We can't check the balance of a paperwallet now, we need the team to release the software for the wallets.

How do you change pools? How do you find out what pool you are in

What about pending payments? Will we lose that if we change pools?

No, like someone said the balance is specific to the pool we choose. If you use EU pool then the balance in the EU pool will show the amount of ETN mined from EU pool. Like wise in Asia pool or US pool too.

What about pending payments? Will we lose that if we change pools? The quick answer is yes. If you have a pending balance in a pool and stop mining in it, you will not get that pending balance into your wallet. So you have two options: 1. Stay in pool until payout, then switch, or 2. Move to a new pool and cut your losses. I have 75ETN pending in asiapool, so I have a laptop grinding away until it hits 100ETN and a payout, then will move it. My other PC is running on hashparty and getting 5ETN every 2 or so hours..... I would not be using the eu, us or asia pools atm - the 100ETN payout and ups and downs are not worth it. Use electroneum.hashparty.io/#getting_started instead.
