Just to try and help some of the new users coming in, I'll add a list of known issues, if you can add to them this could probably be of use to many. As of 1st November 11:32 GMT
- Mobile Mining Unavailable on any device (Android, iOS) Delayed for security although the Android app is available, iOS will follow later.
- EU mining pool loads intermittent, be patient and keep trying.
- Unable to buy sell as not listed on Exchange however..Electroneum have applied to the following:

On my dashboard it says : 'On Nov 1st you will receive your wallet containing a total of xxxxxx Electroneum'
Where is this wallet? How do I find the wallet address? What address do I put in the mining software? How do I transfer the ETN coins to my offline wallet? I have the public address but where do I put it?
When offline wallet was generated there is a line which states 'if you leave/refresh the site a new wallet will be generated and old one will be invalid. Does this mean my offline wallet is now invalid ? Obviously I cannot stay on the site forever ?
In the mining software there are blank white boxes in the bottom half of the frame. Do I leave these blank? Do I have to pay to be a miner?
I am only using the laptop at the moment , is this my problem? What apps do I need to download? Thanks for your help.
