Hi, I'm trying to find out if anyone is having a similar issue to the following:
I'm mining on hashparty and have been for about 12 hours or so, and the website says I've received payouts, but my PC wallet is showing no balance.
According to the block explorer the outputs are going to the right wallet, I think. I checked this for myself by
-Putting the Tx ID for one of my payouts into the explorer
-Putting my wallet address and private viewkey (from the log file generated by electroneum-wallet-cli.exe) into the "Decode outputs" box
-Looking down the list until I saw a transaction where "output match?" was true, which I found easily
I assume this means that as far as the blockchain is concerned, the correct wallet is being paid my coins, but for some reason, the wallet I have on my hard drive with that address is not showing the correct balance.
And yes, I am definitely running electroneumd.exe on the same computer I'm keeping my wallet on to keep my blockchain synchronised.
Any thoughts?

Hey I have the same problem. My CPU miner from the electroneum website will say I acquired a certain amount of shares, but when I check my wallet on the uspool website, it does not update the amount of ETN I have pending or the total payout. The same happens for my GPU Miner (xmr). I sent an email to the support staff, but the response time is 5-7 days.

P.S.
I know the wallet miners are mining to my wallet because the website will update my hashrate/second, which is roughly equivalent to that of the miners' output, but the ETN balance will not update.

wait for the official wallet to come out. it it's on the blockchain, it's in your wallet
