Paper wallet not found

Hi I have created a paper wallet (actually a couple) as per the website instructions (not that there is anything complicated about that!) however when I go to the mining pool sites (eg  and enter the key it comes up as not found. I have been using one of the wallets to mine on a Mac but am concerned because the wallet appears to not exist. Can anyone suggest where I may be failing here?

if you are mining on the direct mining software for mac, you are not mining on a pool, but are mining alone on your computer. and mining alone you won't be able to mine any coin

you need to join a pool like : electroneum.hashparty.io/#getting_started

follow the instruction on that website and use one of their miner

Ensure no spaces at beginning or middle of pasted wallet address in mining software...

I have ensured there are no spaces and the wallets still don't seem to exist

It will only work on pools you have mined to.

The main pools are having problems, so you might not be able to get it to work. Switch to a user pool like electroneum.hashparty.io and see if that works.

It should come up fairly well straight away.

The pools are not reading your wallet balance but only what they paid to you thanks to your mining in their pool.
You can see in each pool only what this pool owes you or paid to you.

To check the balance, at the moment you have to un paperize your wallet

The electroneum-wallet-cli.exe is what I am relying on to say that I do have it. The fact it scans the blockchain and pulls the transactions for my wallet address makes me feel confidant that it is real.
