Newbie Mining Question. Help please :)

Hi

I just installed and have tried running the Windows mining software,

I added my Public Wallet key in the "ETN Wallet Address" field, left all of the other settings as they are by default and clicked to begin mining.

The button changes colour from green to orange and the text changes from "Start Mining" to "Stop Mining" so it looks like it should be working, right?

Problem is, it just hangs on "Starting Process".

As there are no instructions to be found anywhere, I figured that someone here may be able to suggest something.

Uninstall, Re-install. But before you open the program, make sure you've added the program path to the exception list of any anti virus program you might be running. Then start the mining program. Good luck!

use other pools. official pools are having problems. google "electorneum mining pool"
