Had my miner running on hashparty.io for GPU for 3 hours now. I have 310 shares submitted. 308 accepted, 2 rejected. Can anyone explain what rejected shares are or mean?

Not really sure how this happen, i only noticed that if i "toned down" the mining power a bit, i would get a lot less bad shares.-
