Move to a community pool like hashparty with a 2ETN payout. You can go back to the main pool and get your pending once things calm down. Link in my sig.

is the public key using the the offline wallet generated? I pasted in the electroneum.hashparty.io/ link can cant find any info.

When you are mining you should be mining to the public wallet address you created when making the offline wallet. Mine to that address as the public key.

Then select to pool you wish to mine to and the port for difficulty (start with 3333). Once you start getting some ETN payments, then you can check your wallet balance.

i am using the same public key as the main pool but they display different stats on both site, is it normal? sorry I am very new to these crytpo tools.

You total ETN should be in your wallet.
