For those who cannot get the standard Windows ETN miner to work: Try this: If you have installed the application from the downloads.electroneum.com/The: downloads.electroneum.com/Electroneum_Pool_Miner_v1.1_setup.exeAnd if it does not seem to work, try this: Run CMD as administrator. Type: cd %appdata%\Electroneum\cpuminer-multi-wolf-AESHit enter Then type: minerd -a cryptonight -o stratum+tcp:// eupool.electroneum.com: 5555 -u YOUR_PUBLIC_WALLET -t 8- Choose a pool: eupool.electroneum.com, uspool.electroneum.com or asiapool.electroneum.com or a different pool like the one from minekitten : etnpool.minekitten.io
- Fill in the port you think fits your CPU: 3333 for a slow CPU, 5555 for a standard CPU and 7777 for a high speed CPU.
- -u is you wallet, this is a public key that you got in the PDF file when making an Offline Wallet, make sure there are no spaces in the wallet code.
- -t is the amount of threads (just put in the number of CPU Cores) I noticed if you use all your threads your h/s actually decreases so your better of using your core number.
You can then see your wallet gaining ETN on the website of the Pool that your using by typing your Wallet Public Key into the Search box, give it about a half a day to mine its first coins.
Hope this helps the people who are having problems with mining with the Windows App from the ETN team.

minekitten is happy. Thanks for the guide. A little addition. It is advised to use # of cores - 1 for the t argument. So 7 for 8 cores. Your compupter stays at least a bit responsive.

IS there any way to get the mining software other than the download? Either Chrome or my antivirus software keeps blocking the download saying it is malware.

You can mine it through your browser: easyhash.io/easy/web_minerThen enter your wallet number and mine ETN, at the end of the day ETN is just the cryptonight algorithm and if you mine XMR with it or ETN it will end up in your wallet. The only problem with this is that you will be mining to there pool. So if you have ETN in another pool you'll not see it increase in that pool, you'll then have 2 pools that you have to keep an eye on. Easyhash uses coinhive.com to mine to your wallet, some virus scanners can detect the coinhive.com javascript so watch out for that as wel. Or you could build your own cryptonight webminer using coinhive or something else I hope this helps
