Cryptopia stole my ETNs that I made the payment since mining my key to my ETN account.
So I have now changed public key, putting the one of my portfolio off line.
Cryptopia stole more than 5600 ETN

Well, are you aware that you cannot mine directly into an exchange wallet?

I did not know. Now I am angry. Cryptopia are not serious. Even their support does not respond! Thieves ! Because all these payments do not come from me, but was taken from my mining of this public key from my cryptopia account.

I am so sorry for this! Maybe you should try reach out to the pool owner. The owner should have got a refund from cryptopia I guess. Other than that: I could suggest minekitten.io, but that of course is plain advertisment

Yes, yes it is minekitten from minekitten.io/. But we forgive you. But yes, you -should not mine to your Cryptopia address-. Actually, on both the balances page and the deposit ETN page, it specifically states "WARNING! Please do not mine directly to your Cryptopia addresses, We do not support generated transactions from pools like P2Pool etc." So you were warned multiple times. As for getting the funds back, AFAIK once they are in the blockchain you are pretty well done. IF they do reject the payments they might go back to the pool owner, so reach out to the electroneum team and see what, if anything, they might be able to do. Definitely not Cryptopia's fault.

When you request your deposit address Cryptopia clearly tells you not to mine to your Cryptopia addresses! It's 100% your fault... WARNING! you screwed up sadly... your coins mined have gone. get over it and start again mining into a wallet,... not an exchange. You were told and it was stated plenty not to do this.
