I know I'm gonna get laughed off the forum for this. I've been mining since the launch, but my computers are fairly old, and I'm not going to be building a mining rig in the near future. I do however have a few older high-end phones that I'm not using anymore. Is there any app I can download onto the phones and use them to mine ETN as well. It won't be much I know but at my speeds, every hash will help. I tried downloading crypto miner, but it needs a username and password instead of just a wallet address.

NeoNeonMiner application on android. Username is your wallet address. Password depends of the pool but usually its just "x"

Thanks fellas, I ended using an app just called crypto miner, I really liked minergates interface, but it wouldn't let me pick my own mining destination it would only give me a choice of coin, (and ETN wasn't one of them), NeoNeon looked like it would work really well, but it kept crashing. My old HTC is now mining away on hashparty, except I can only run it at half power or it drains the battery faster than my charger can charge it...I might dig around the house and see if I can find a more powerful charger. According to minergate the phone (HTC one M8) was mining at around 20H/s.

I downloaded this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.miner), the free version will only mine when it is in the foreground, the paid version will let it work in the background. Since this is a phone I don't use, I can leave the app running in the foreground. I used stratum+tcp://electroneum.hashparty.io:3333 as the address. I put my public wallet address as the username, and the password is just the letter x. As for the other settings, I started with the number of threads as 4, and the priority at highest, but it was going through battery faster than I could charge the phone, so I set the threads at 2 and left the priority the same, and now the phone is holding at one battery level (i.e. it is not charging but it is not discharging...it is staying at 76%) i'm not 100% if it truly working, but it shows it is mining. it occasionally shows mining errors, but now that it has been running for awhile the errors seem to have stopped.

Is Hashparty down? I tried to go to their site, but can't get the page to load... The website is being DDOS'ed, like a lot are. The pool is still running. Try again in a few and it should be right.

Yay! Something that actually works for me. After being a total failure at PC mining I tried this. Don't know whether it's doing much or if I'm getting anything that is worth more than the leckie being used, but still...
