Hi guys yeah probably a stupid question but. I have been mining from a pool site and I have about 70 ETN in the balance of paid ETN yet when I check the balance on my wallet ( electroneum wallet.cli ) it shows 0 balance for than key.
This raises a question about pools are they legit? or do they suck your hash rate giving you false figures and taking your ETN?..... or am I not getting this?
Any one care to shed some light?

Hey, I'm having the same issue - but my electoneumd is synced.
I'm using about 4 different ubuntu computers and using the xmrig (monero) mining rig. I created the wallet with the electroneum-wallet-cli application, and started mining to two different pools (the official one and the hashparty one). Both pool sites show that I've been paid out some coins - so I've launched the wallet-cli and opened the wallet that has been mined to, but it says no blocks and no coins. I've stopped and restarted the electonreumd and it has synced the blockchain, still no dice. Is there something I'm missing here?

I'm experiencing the same problem. Mined for a couple of days and have been paid out according to the pool, but it doesn't show up in my wallet. Is this because of delay of the launch? Will it show up normally after the launch?

hi
watch this video and it will hopefully help you sync your local wallet with your transactional data (payments) in the block chain:
in a nutshell, you are going to regenerate your wallet using the command-line wallet using either of these two parameters:
--restore-deterministic-wallet (uses mnemonic seed)
or
--generate-from-keys (uses private keys)
peace
