Electroneum Coins not appearing in Wallet

Hello,

I was hoping for some guidance with mining Electroneum. I've successfully used pools such as electroneum.space to mine enough Electroneum for a pay-out, however even with the pool stating that the coins have been paid out there is still a 0.0 ETN balance in my wallet. I've synced the wallet using electroneumd but when I run electroneum-wallet-cli and refresh it still shows a 0.0 balance. Is there a delay between when the pool pays out and the balance appears in the wallet?

Are you sure that you connected wallet-vli to your etn wallet that you used on the pool. So did you run it with --generate-from-keys flag and bundled wallet-cli with your public, view and spent keys?
