Anyone got big referral disapearing ? I just lost my biggest REF, alot of ETN are gone from my REF page. I just made a support ticket about it, i have screenshots took some days ago in proof i had it before.
Anyone else ?
EDIT : PROBLEM SOLVED - Electroneum support finally answered and resolved the issue.

maybe post the screenshot it would help for sure ^^ and right now the Support is overwhelmed with requests if you watch the growth in the last days its just crazy dont panic and I had some problems too with disapearing coins or I couldnt login because the site was almost DDOS attacked  its good for Investors so post your screenshot ! and lets all hope for the best |

maybe he just deleted his account? i'm not even sure he could do that, tho. :/ I dont think it's possible. It's even writen in the FAQ that you can ask for a refound, i checked just to see if he could have asked a refound. BTW, still no news from support, soon 1 week passed. |

The opposite happened to me. The other day I had 3 referrals. Today I have 4 referrals, but the ETN amount hasn't changed. I'm not worried about it, just thought it curious. I figure growing pains and the system being clobbered by people trying to buy ETN since the announcement of the $40M Hard Cap.

You could have 10 REF but no REF ETN. |
