win -cli wallet, sync'ed doesnt recv. payouts for pool

downloaded the windows miner.
let the electroneumd sync to the blockchain
when done started the -cli, got my public address and entered it with the pool i am using so it can send payouts

did first payout 2 days ago, pool shows correct wallet address for payment   and a txid....   still no coins

thinking i might of on the off chance missed something or entered something wrong, went through and entered all info again
did another payout, 6hours have gone by and nothing

yet both payouts on pool show correct address for wallet, have txid's
my wallet however is unable to find anything when trying to look in up via the -CLI

is the windows wallet within the -cli not able to receive coins from pools it did not mine itself? I use/mine via miningpoolhub with my cpu and have no problems there
just in sending coins to my windows wallet

For me the cli wallet works. I use spacepools pool. You could try this:
Download the android client and use its wallet address to mine to.
If you don't receive coins, raise a ticket at electroneum.com's support.

If you receive coins there then you could send some coins from the android wallet to the cli wallet.
If that doesn't work raise a ticket at electroneum.com's support.
