Hello everyone,
If your Electroneum Pool Miner is stuck on "starting process" then please do the following :
-UNINSTALL Electroneum Pool Miner. -TURN OFF your anti-virus (in my case Avast). -REINSTALL Electroneum Pool Miner while your anti-virus is turned OFF. -IF your anti-virus is able to add exceptions, then go ahead and add the folder of your Electroneum Pool Miner. -Turn your anti-virus BACK ON. -Start the Electroneum Pool Miner and begin to mine.
I hope this helped you.
NOTE : I do NOT know how to connect to mining pools outside of the Electroneum Pool Miner.

Did you reinstall the whole thing ?
If nothing happens , stop mining, select a different pool, retry. Europe Pool doesn't work for my at the moment. I'm using USA

Don't turn off Anti Virus. I also have Avast and it works fine for European Pool. Go to Options and create an Exception. Use the Path where you installed Electroneum Pool Miner.

Try using less Threads ? I noticed my PC gives more H/s when I set the number of threads on one lower than what makes my CPU go 100%. If that doesn't work there are 3 options :
-Something on your PC is still blocking it (perhaps restart ?). -Your connection can't make full contact with any of the 3 pools (did you add it to your firewall, and did you check your internet connection ?). -Someone else needs to help you connect to another pool.
Good luck !

Thanks for the tips Cactuar! Had to allow it through my Mcaffee to get it going. Any way to check how much we've mined from our private wallet?

Thanks for the tips Cactuar! Had to allow it through my Mcaffee to get it going. Any way to check how much we've mined from our private wallet? You're welcome If you go to the Electroneum Pool Miner and click on "Help". Then you can see the default pools.

ED ...I have problem when run on my another pc with win7, after running start mining there are error message "minerd.exe has stop working", it happened on the antivirus is disabled mode... need advice regarding this situation.....thanks.,,, You could try to look for settings in "Windows Defender" or "Windows Smart Screen". Both are able to block unknown software without telling you. I haven't used Windows 7 in a long time but I remember having the same issue with a lot of .exe files. Also, be sure to always run in "Administrator mode".
